Account Termination Request
Customers wishing to close their account with RSA must submit the form below.
Unless otherwise instructed, RSA will apply your deposit (if applicable) to your final bill. A check for any remaining deposit amount will be mailed to the forwarding address you provide on the form below.
If you are moving to another property within the RSA service area, you may request that your deposit be transferred once the balance of the terminated account is paid in full.
Please submit your termination request at least two (2) business days prior to the desired termination date.
If you require same-day or next-day termination, contact your local RSA office to confirm that we are able to fulfill your request.
Requests are not fulfilled on weekends or holidays.
