Project Description:
The RSA invites qualified firms to submit bids to obtain the necessary permits for the complete reconstruction of RSA’s Locust Grove office, located at 3489 Germanna Hwy, Locust Grove, Virginia 22508, which was destroyed by fire in 2023. The project scope encompasses all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to restore the building to its pre-loss condition, or better.

Wilderness WTP Pre-Sed Basin Walkway and Floc Tank Stairs Project - Awarded

RSA received five responsive bids by the deadline. The low bidder was Consumers/Dornin-Adams, Inc. The RSA Board awarded the project to Consumers/Dornin-Adams, Inc.

The Project includes the following work:
Constructing, furnishing and installation of walkways, stairs, platforms, foundations and ancillary items required to provide a complete and functional system all in accordance with the Contract documents.
