Proposed Rate Increases

Following the results of a comprehensive rate study, Rapidan Service Authority (RSA) is proposing rate increases for its water and sewer systems in 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, and 2029. Revenue from these rates and fees allows RSA to maintain and improve service to its customers. For more information on fees exclusive to Lake of the Woods customers, click here.

Public hearings are scheduled as indicated below:

- Route 15: February 10th, 6:30pm at the Orange County Public Safety Building

- Route 20: February 10th, 7:15pm at the Orange County Public Safety Building

- Locust Grove/Wilderness: February 6th, 7pm at the Locust Grove Middle School

- Madison: January 9th, 7pm at the Madison County Administration Building (Complete)
